Guest Pass Questions:

  1. Do I receive free guest passes? Only if you have been an active paying member for longer then 1 year straight.

  2. Does my guest have to be 18 years or older? Yes, unless they are purchasing a $10 day pass.

  3. How do I bring a guest if I do not have free passes? Fill out guest pass form and pay $10 fee via venmo link in the supplement store. Please make sure to choose the correct responses on the guest pass form.

  4. Will my guest pass always be approved? The only time it will not be approved when filling out correctly, is if your guest has been a banned member or a defaulted member in the past.

  5. How can I get a day pass if I am not a member and dont know a member? Unfortunetly we only offer day passes during office hours at each location now, so please check hours on the website for staffed hours to utilize the day pass option to try out the facility.

Cancellation Questions:

  1. How do I cancel my membership? Cancellation form can be found on the membership page between the 1st-15th of the month. This form can be filled out via printing out or pen feature on phone, then emailed/texted back.

  2. I cannot find the cancellation form on membership page? Most likely it is outside the 1st-15th window and will not be on there at that time.

  3. Why was I still charged when I cancelled my membership this month? If you cancel between the 1st-15th, your last payment will still be charged for that month, the window is for the following month as we require a min of two weeks notice before the next charge.

  4. What happens if I refuse to make my final payment, as I wont be using the gym? You will not be chased for money, however if you decide to signup in the future, you will have to pay your missed month and you would only qualify for the defaulted account monthly payment of $50/mo.

  5. Can I ever qualify for normal monthly rate? Yes, you can request a reduction after 1 year of clean payments with no issues. If account defaults twice, the account will be banned from system.

Membership Questions:

  1. How can I go about signing up for a membership? You can signup directly at my.bodygenesisfit.com

  2. When will I receive access? If signing up after 5pm, your access will be sent the following morning, If signed up prior to 5pm, your access will be sent same day.

  3. Do I get a key fob or how do I access the gym? Members use mobile access and that can be sent virtually to access the gym.

  4. Can I pay with a card or cash? The only time a card or cash can be used is for 6 month or 1 year payments. Recurring monthly payments can only be used with routing and account info.

  5. How can I add someone to my membership? Please send an email to facility with your name, and the new members full name, email, phone number, selfie picture, and age.
