Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation window is the first week of every month between the 1st-7th of the month and members can find the form linked below during each window for your convenience. The month you cancel in is the last month on your month to month contract and your access will expire at the end of the month.

* Forms can only be received during this window, this allows for accuracy in taking accounts out of the system.

Example:

Feb 1st-7th Cancellation (Feb 1st is last payment, access ends Feb 28th)

*Defaulted accounts (not paying last month) will result in resignup fees and higher monthly membership costs.

*Chargebacks, Frozen Accounts, Closed Accounts will lead to permanent account termination from future signups to any BodyGenesis facility. We have a zero tolerance policy on stopped payments through the bank, this will lead to lifetime ban from our facilities (no exceptions).
